Easy Peasy Veggie and Beef Stew by Madelon

1 lb cubed beef stew meat1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, undrained1 (15 oz) can green beans1 (15 oz) can carrots with juice1 (15 oz) can sliced potatoes with juice1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes1 (1.25 oz) package beef w/ onion soup mixsalt and pepper to tastePlace all ingredients in slow cooker, stir to combine. Cook on Low for at least 6 hours. Add water if necessary.(Can also add one can beef broth, garlic and/or more veggies if desired)To freeze, place all ingredients in gallon ziploc bag. (May need to keep crushed tomatoes and/or can of beef broth in pantry until ready to cook) Thaw in fridge, then cook in crock pot on Low for 6+ hours.
